General

1. The terms ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ as used herein refer to SAM Visa Services,the terms ‘you’, ‘client’ and ‘your’ as used herein refers to all individuals and/or the entities they represent jointly or severally.

2. By placing an order or requesting our services using our website or by posting or emailing us your documents, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these ‘Terms and Conditions’ including our privacy policy. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing the order.

3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England, and the client agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

5. By instructing SAM Visa Services to act as your agent for the provision of visas and other related services, you agree to all the terms set out below. No servant or agent of SAM Visa Services is permitted to vary these terms unless expressly authorized in writing to do so. However, any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.

6. SAM Visa Services reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given. SAM Visa Services reserves the right to decline to process the documents for any reason whatsoever and at its total discretion, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and degree of difficulty in obtaining such documents due to the purpose of travel. SAM Visa Services shall not be responsible for any loss of time or money owing to its decision to decline the processing of documents.

7. All content, designs, text, graphics, software compilations and source codes on this website are the copyright of SAM Visa Services and/or its content providers. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of this website in any form is prohibited other than for individual use only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party. The permission to recopy by an individual does not allow for incorporation of material or any part of it in any work or publication, whether in hard copy, electronic, or any other form. Any other use of the website without prior written consent from SAM Visa Services is strictly forbidden.

1. The services of SAM Visa Services are limited to assisting you with the submission of your visa application online or at the embassy. We do not have any control what so ever on the outcome of your application or the time the concerned visa section or the embassy may take in processing your application. Hence SAM Visa Services shall not be held responsible and will not accept any liability for the actions of any consulate or its visa section, embassy or its visa section or passport office in delaying your application processing, refusing visa request, issuance of the wrong visa, imposing restrictions on your approved visa, suspension or cancelling approved visa, or not processing any applications for any reason whatsoever.

2. Any decisions or actions taken by the embassy prior, during or after the visa request is made are those taken by a third party and are simply outside the scope of our service agreement.

3. We provide general advice and assistance with visa applications, however, the reliability of any such information is not guaranteed by us. It is the responsibility of the clients to provide us with complete documents and along with correct information.

4. SAM Visa Services will not be held responsible for the expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with:
(a) Incomplete application forms or
(b) Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or
(c) Inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuance shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon SAM Visa Services. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases, open tickets should be obtained.

5. The processing times for visas and other requirements or documentation mentioned or suggested by us on our website, any promotional material, by email, or verbally over the telephone are approximations based on our experience with embassies, and consulates. These are deemed reliable in most cases but are NOT guaranteed. Applicants should make travel arrangements only after obtaining the appropriate visa.

6. SAM Visa Services will use its best endeavors to provide accurate and reliable information at all times to process applications as requested by the client. However, requirements and fees related to the processing of, visas and related services are outside the control of SAM Visa Services and subject to change without prior notice. These include, but are not limited to, embassy fees, application fees, additional documentation, application forms, and processing time. SAM Visa Services does not accept responsibility for any changes in requirements or fees and reserve the right to pass on any increased charges.

7. SAM Visa Services provides carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times and SAM Visa Services shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

8. Unless instructions are made in writing SAM Visa Services shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the client.

9. SAM Visa Services will at all times endeavor to process applications according to clients’ request. However it is the responsibility of the client to check the validity of the passport, visa or document issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number of entries required and is also valid for the purpose of trip.

Cancellation

1. For any reason, including restarting of e-visas, if you choose to cancel your application before sending us the documents then an administration fees of £50 is applicable. If you choose to withdraw your application after the documents are received by us but before submitting at the embassy then all of our service fees are non-refundable. If the application is submitted at the embassy, then none of the embassy fees or our service fees are refundable.
2. Where an order is cancelled by the client before lodgement, SAM Visa Services will return to the client all documents that had been provided by the client and will refund the amount due back to the same method of payment. The cancellation request needs to be made in writing. Additional information may be required to establish the identity of the client. 3. Any cancellation request received after the lodgement of the application will not be considered as embassies or their visa section does not refund visa fees after the application is made and in such event, no refund of visa fee or our service fee will be made to the client.

Collection and Delivery

1. For any delivery of passports or documents, SAM Visa Services will be acting as an agent following client instructions. In absence of any clear instructions, SAM Visa Services will send documents using Royal Mail Services. In any case, all third party deliveries are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. SAM Visa Services accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies.

2. Unless otherwise specified, SAM Visa Services will send the documents to the Client by Royal Mail and subject to the conditions thereof. Where the collection or/and delivery by another delivery service provider is specified by the client, SAM Visa Services shall use its reasonable endeavors’ to appoint a reputable delivery service provider, and delivery of the documents shall be subject to the conditions thereof.

3. SAM Visa Services shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, damage or destruction of documents or passports by any delivery service provider selected by clients themselves.
